Through thoughtful renovation, we transformed this space into Spartanburg Charcuterie Company & Provisions, a gathering place centered around exceptional food, curated wines, warm hospitality, and genuine community connection.

Today, this building stands as a testament to the power of preservation and the joy of bringing people together around the table.

The heart behind the board.

Tamara began crafting charcuterie as a fun creative outlet, inspired by her love for food, storytelling, and the magic of gathering people around a table.

With a natural eye for beauty and a warm, intentional approach, she transforms simple ingredients into edible works of art that make any moment feel special.

Her personal touch is woven into everything we create—from small boards to grand grazing tables.

What started as a creative passion has grown into a café, wine bar, catering company, and community gathering place where hospitality always comes first.
