If you’re running behind, please notify us as soon as possible.

Are items wrapped or packaged?

Yes. All items are wrapped or boxed for freshness and easy transport. Occasion tags or handwritten notes can be added for an additional fee.

Do you provide bags or boxes for transport?

Yes. We carefully package each order for safe and easy travel.

If you are traveling long distance, please let us know so we can pack accordingly.

How should I transport my board?

To keep your board safe during travel, we recommend:

• keeping the board flat during transport

• ensuring your vehicle is cool (AC on during hot weather)

• avoiding direct sunlight

• securing the board so it doesn’t slide or tilt

• driving carefully on turns and hills

How long will my board stay fresh after pickup?

Boards stay freshest when served within 1–2 hours of pickup.

If not serving immediately:

• refrigerate the board shortly after pickup

• remove crackers and bread before refrigeration to prevent sogginess

• unwrap and bring to room temperature before serving

What’s included in my box or board?

Each order includes a curated selection of 2–5 items per category (meats, cheeses, produce, accompaniments), depending on size. All selections are chef’s choice unless you add upgrades or request customizations.

Serving & Pairing

Should I unwrap the board before guests arrive?

Yes — unwrap your board right before serving to preserve freshness. If you need serving time delayed, keep it refrigerated and wrapped until you’re ready to display.

How should I serve my charcuterie board?

Your board arrives ready to enjoy — no assembly required. For best presentation and flavor, follow these tips:

• Let cheeses rest at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before serving to enhance flavor and texture.

• Serve on a flat, clean surface with enough room for guests to gather around.

• Provide small serving utensils, toothpicks, or tongs so guests can easily pick items without cross-touching.

• Place crackers and bread separately, especially if refrigerating the board beforehand.

• Arrange complementary foods close together (cheese near fruit, dips near pretzels, etc.) to encourage pairing.

How many people does each board serve?

Serving sizes vary based on appetite and whether the board is used as an appetizer or main course.

As a general guide:

• Small boards serve 2–4

• Medium boards serve 4–8

• Large boards serve 8–12

• Grazing tables serve 15+ depending on setup

If you’re planning an event, we’re happy to recommend the best size for your group.

How long can the board stay out?

Charcuterie boards can safely remain out for up to 2 hours. After that, meats and cheeses should be refrigerated or discarded per food safety guidelines.

Do I need anything else for serving?

Optional recommended items:

• Small plates

• Napkins

• Toothpicks, spreaders, or tongs

• Additional crackers or bread

• Drinks or pairings (wine, cider, tea, mocktails)

What drinks or foods pair well with charcuterie?

Charcuterie pairs beautifully with:

• Wines (red, white, rosé)

• Sparkling wine or champagne

• Craft beers and ciders

• Mocktails and sweet tea

• Fresh fruit, salads, and artisan bread

Tell us your theme or menu and we can help with pairing suggestions.

Catering & Events

How much grazing table do I need?

We recommend planning 1 foot of grazing table per 10 guests for light or cocktail-style grazing. This keeps your table looking abundant, beautifully styled, and easy for guests to enjoy.

What size grazing table do I need for 50-100 guests?

Here's a simple guide to help you plan:

  • 50 guests → 5-foot grazing table
  • 75 guests → 7.5-foot grazing table
  • 100 guests → 10-foot grazing table

This guideline works best for appetizer-style grazing.

Is this enough food for a full meal?

This is intended for light grazing or cocktail-style events. For events where the grazing table will be served as the main meal, we may recommend additional table length or supplement items.

Our team will help customize the perfect size for your event.

Do grazing tables include equipment rental?

Yes. Equipment rentals are included in the per-person pricing or selected add-on package.

What is included in a grazing table setup?

All grazing tables include premium ingredients, styling decor, greenery, risers, layout design, and food-safe surfaces.

What is the minimum guest count for grazing tables?

All catering orders are designed to accommodate small to large gatherings.

Minimums:

  • Grazing tables: 25 guest minimum
  • Charcuterie boards: 10-12 guests minimum
  • Custom packages available upon request

We're happy to help you determine the best size based on your event type, guest count, and menu preferences.

Do you provide the table or props?

We provide props, decor, risers, and styling elements. The hosting location must provide the main table unless a rental add-on is selected.

Do you provide utensils, napkins, or décor extras?

Yes.

• Boards include disposable serving utensils and napkins

• Grazing tables include décor elements such as risers and greenery

• Additional items (signage, themed props, display boards, etc.) may be available as add-ons — just ask!

How long does setup take?

Setup takes approximately 45–90 minutes depending on table size and location.

Can you travel for events?

Yes. We travel throughout Spartanburg and surrounding areas. Travel fees vary based on distance.

Food Safety & Allergen Info

What are your food safety guidelines?

We follow South Carolina food safety standards to ensure the highest quality and safety of your order. Please observe the following guidelines during transport and serving:

• Perishable foods (meats, cheeses, dips) should not remain at room temperature for more than 2 hours.

• Return meats, cheeses, and dips to refrigeration whenever possible during your event.

• Do not refrigerate crackers or bread for more than 1–2 hours, as this may cause staleness.

• Once food has been served and left out beyond recommended time limits, leftovers should be discarded.

• Boards and boxes are prepared on a scheduled timeline — late pickups may impact food quality.

How long can my charcuterie board stay out?

Charcuterie may remain at room temperature for up to 2 hours. After that, items should be returned to refrigeration or discarded following food safety guidelines.

How should I store leftovers?

Store leftover meats, cheeses, fruits, and dips in airtight containers and refrigerate promptly.

Crackers and bread should be kept separately to avoid moisture and staleness.

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

We do our best to accommodate certain dietary needs when notified in advance.

However, our kitchen is not nut-free or gluten-free, and cross-contact may occur.

Can you guarantee allergen-free preparation?

No. While we take reasonable steps to minimize cross-contact and can separate items upon request, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.

Consumption with known allergies or outside of food safety guidelines is at the customer’s own risk.
